ETFD arrived on scene after police and EMS to find a two vehicle accident. Exact cause was unclear, but icy road conditions were a factor. Three subjects were removed from a red Buick LeSabre and treated by EMS. One subject was extricated from a white Pontiac Grand Prix using the jaws of life. The vehicle had severe driver's side damage and the occupant had injuries requiring treatment.

After extricating the patient, ETFD maintained traffic control while police investigated the scene and EMS transported the patient to Tawas St. Joseph Hospital. Michigan State Police, Oscoda Township Police, and Iosco County EMS were also on scene. ETFD cleared scene @ 20:30.
